Our room had a balcony where you could see the restaurant, entrance, bars, etc. It was very loud at night. The waitress at the bar was not very friendly at all, on the two occasions we were there, she didn't make us feel welcome. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.

First, paying extra for a “balcony” that overlooks the indoor pool/lounge area is incredibly annoying. I expected to have fresh air on the balcony and wouldn’t have paid extra if it was stated it was enclosed. Second, the doors between adjoining rooms were no where near sound proof enough. I got to hear our neighbors cackling like they were at a comedy club well past 2am. There was an ambient sound thing in our room but it was broken. It was clean enough and staff were friendly. If i were to book again i would definitely bring ear plugs.

We reserve a two queen bed room a week prior to our arrival when we arrive we were told they only have a king bed available for us One guy needed to sleep on the floor terrible service specially the front desk spoke to two different people didn’t care at all to help that attitude that we got is pretty much. It is what it is not my problem. Definitely not gonna stay there again. The only positive things about this hotel is the restaurant
