The hotel is amazing - however the breakfast staff were terrible - the hostess did not want to sit us although there were only 3 tables occupied - waitress was very pleasant though

Room 811 tub was clogged and the shower head sprayed everywhere. The curtain rod was also not working properly, so water was all over the bathroom while showering. Had to wipe and clean everything after.

We had a wonderful stay for my birthday. The place was clean the staff was friendly. It was a short drive to the aquarium and other Boston attractions. However plan to pay an extra $100 fee per night at the hotel that they say they will refund at the end of the stay. (I have yet to see that refund!)

The hotel has a great location. Rooms are large and spacious. Everything else is rated as “0”. The noise at night from either generator or elevator is so laud that we spend completely sleepless night. Food for breakfast is not good and beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Also, parking for 1 night is 47$. Horrible stay
