"Great location if you want to be close to shopping and not have to drive anywhere. A little noisy in the early morning hours but very quiet at night. The amenities are nice, I.e. hot tub, shower however the bathroom only has one functional hook and not much counter space. We appreciated the Keurig but fridge is small and has no freezer for ice storage. Overall a good time. "

"I was looking for an affordable yet nice place to stay for a weekend of activities in Wimberley. House is cozy & includes all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. A couple of minor issues: * the driveway lighting was not functioning so it made for a dark drive up to the house at night * the a/c worked but I could not get the remote control to adjust the fan to a higher setting for a colder sleep"

"This was our 3rd stay at the Eleven Eleven Ranch and it was just as fabulous as the previous visits. Despite the frigid temps we were warm and toasty inside the luxurious cottage and in the hot tub. The kitchen facilities are excellent and well equipped. Everything was provided for us - even laundry soap. We frequent vacation rentals 2-3 times a year and this is our favorite! "We had a great time, cabin is beautiful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, away from town just far enough to feel secluded, but easily close enough to be in the middle of Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. Hot tub and full size washer and dryer are nice touches. Place feels laid-back and welcoming, would recommend! "
