Some starter supplies such as paper towels and coffee packets for the first day would be good. A description of where to buy essential items nearby would be helpful. Also extra hangars would be useful."

"the place was complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer, dryer, laundry soap and some spices, coffee etc. This was not on the listing. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean and the location is excellent. Lots of corner shops, 2 streets up is full of shops, bakery, chocolate store, second hand clothing, restaurants etc. Old Quebec is a short 10 minute walk. The streets are very narrow, reminiscent of Europe. Loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone."

"Our group consisted of 5 women who had never been to Quebec before. The host Genevieve is wonderful. She quickly answered all questions and provided a wealth of information about the city. The apartment is beautiful with large windows, everything you could want and need in the apt and it’s located within walking distance to everything. We had a lovely time and highly recommend. "Lovely apartment close (walking distance, biking distance) to Quebec Old City and easy to get around. Our host was exceptional in her quick response to all questions. Neighborhood is not a "touristy" one (strolling around, visiting sites), so vacation visitors will want to plan accordingly. Long daylight (June stay) made it easy to just walk into town and back for that. Would definitely consider coming back to this VRBO"

"This was the perfect place to stay. It is right in the middle of restaurants and shops just steps from your front door. The street is closed to traffic from 11am-midnight during summer, making it a very nice experience. The loft is beautiful, roomy, and clean. We loved people watching from the huge windows overlooking Rue St-Jean. "We called The Royal Dalhousie our home for the past 6 days. It was the perfect apartment for our family of 5. We stayed in the Frontenac on the 3rd floor. The view is breathtaking. The entire apartment is surrounded in floor to ceiling windows. Our gracious hosts were always available if we needed them. The provided everything we could possibly need while being away. Even detergent in our adorable laundry room. I would definitely recommend the Royal Dalhousie to anyone looking to stay close to...

"Stayed with my wife and 20 month son. We really loved the space and felt at home. We enjoyed some great takeout, sipping wine on the balcony and watching the sunset. Also loved the neighborhood. As New Yorkers, we love to walk everywhere and the neighborhood had a lot to offer. We did find it quite difficult to walk to the tourist area with a stroller though, as this city seems to be rather inaccessible to anything wheeled."
