One member of staff turned tv from football which I was watching while dining to Emmerdale even though one tv was already showing Emmerdale so three tv's on same channel usually one tv on freeview and 2 on sky sport"

"Booked us into room 14 which was cold. Spoke to reception who informed me that there was no heating in this room. Told them that we could not shower bathroom freezing and to sleep would be too cold. Very good and we got transferred to room 109 which was lovely but found out cold tap Didn’t work. No a hassle for us and room wax warm. Breakfast great and staff are friendly and helpful"

"Lovely hotel. Very lucky with the weather and the terrace is a perfect spot! Only downsides: on arrival there was used tissue on floor of bedroom, no conditioner in the shower and a little noisy (maybe room positioning) Staff were attentive and very friendly "
