"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"

"Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"Our host Daniele was very helpful, incredibly responsive, and knowledgeable of the area with great recommendations for food, travel, and experiences. I strongly recommend following his lead because it greatly enhanced our experience. The pool is perfect for a family and even better than the photos. The location is convenient to reach many Tuscan cities by car and experience so much during your stay. "

"J'ai réservé à l'avance. Le séjour a été payé. La veille ou l'avant veille de mon séjour chez eux, ils m'envoient un message me disant que le lieu d'hébergement était basique, éloigné de tte commodité ey que le parking se trouvait à 400 m à pied du logement. Ceci à 12 h...me demandant si je maintenais mon séjour. À 14h00 ! Ils me signalent que l'hébergement a été annulé ey ne m'ont remboursé que 100 €... Que je n'ai tjs pas perçu d'ailleurs ! Alors ! 1- cette procédure à 2 h d'intervalle...

"Comfortable and attractive house in lovely countryside setting. Welcoming bi-lingual owner. Living room and kitchen would benefit from better lighting and swimming pool decking needs some attention. Both minor issues for us. "

"My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had the most amazing time! Location is beautiful, with stunning views of the Tuscan hills and Florence below. Drive to Florence is about 25 minutes. The property itself was very charming, with plenty of outdoor seating to take in the scenery. Can’t recommend enough! "

"We stayed at this very special villa for 6 nights in September. Our host, Guido, was exceptional and we really appreciated his hospitality. We traded maple syrup for olive oil and he invited us to join an evening with his friends and family and made Prosecco/maple syrup cocktails! "This property is situated up a very long stone lane. The lengthy journey up this steep hill is rewarded at the end with sensational views across the vine strewn valley with clear sight of Arrezzo in the distance. The house is perfectly appointed and the pool area is equally well situated to enjoy a few lazy hours. I have no issue recommending this property to anyone."
