"The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

"This is an absolutely private place in the Tuscany’s hills. You can relax all day, but if you want the hustle and bustle of the city, Arezzo is the nearest big city (Siena 1.5 hours by car). There are several restaurants to choose nerby. A major shopping centre is 20-30 minutes away. The house is typical Tuscan style and well equipped, energy consumption needs attention but we had no problem.
