"Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33...

"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "

"Camera confortevole e letto comodissimo, non sempre dormo bene negli hotel. Ma soprattutto la cortesia dei gestori è a dir poco sorprendente! Abbiamo anche cenato con 30€ in due con piatti squisiti e tipici toscani. Super consigliato. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri!"

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"Loved my 5 night stay at Palazzo Graziani. A gorgeous old building (300+ years) with thoughtfully updated rooms. I stayed in a single room and although smallish it had all the amenities needed, including a kettle, tea and a small fridge and smart use of space. Spotlessly clean. Check was easy, all the staff were friendly and gracious. Location was perfect, a short walk from the Duomo and everything you might want to see in Firenze.
