"We had a wonderful stay and the dogs loved the trails in the woods. Chocolate, the neighbor’s horse was a sweetheart, as was Zippy the other neighbor’s dog! The space was great and we enjoyed having the loft to puzzle in and watch movies. We will be back:)"

"House looks small on outside but inside is spacious and nicely decorated. Neighborhood is quiet and near Silver Lake, which is a nice walk. House was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay."

"Our stay was great. The house is larger than the pictures convey. It has everything you need. Lots of linens, kitchen was well stocked. Large backyard (we didn't use as the weather was quite wet and the time of year). Floor is a little creaky, but that's just the age of the house. We will definitely book here again. The owner was very responsive in communication, though we didn't need anything."

"We enjoyed our stay. We were in Rochester for a family reunion, so spent a lot of time away from this house. We have a couple of safety issues that should be addressed. First is a railing of some kind at the entrance. My husband and I are both in our 80s and could have felt safer with a railing to help us enter and exit the house. The other issue was there no safety bars in the tub/shower in the upstairs bathroom. "

"It was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It was easy to enter. The host was available immediately when we had a question. We could easily adjust the heat and cooling. It was a very enjoyable stay."

"Property is just as stated and was n walking distance to Mayo and places to eat. The apartment had everything someone would need. Management sent good efficient communication regarding check in and out process."

"The property is a little ways from the Mayo Clinic but an easy drive to the clinic. Nice quiet neighborhood. The property owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. "

"This home was AMAZING and there was so much space. If it had more Beds, Futons or Couches available for LARGE GROUPS it could really bring in the bigger groups since the Mayo Civic Center is only 20 Minutes away. If you are looking for a great accommodating host and an amazing property...LOK NO FURTHER."

It was a very quick trip but the layout of the house with the three bedrooms, generous kitchen and dining table were perfect for our needs. It’s also well located in terms of needing to run for coffee, restaurants, to the grocery store…etc. all things we found near.
