"We had a very pleasant stay! The property staff are so kind and welcoming and the room was extremely clean. Zero complaints! "

"We had two issues with the room. The first room , the ac did not work, so we went to the front desk and after we tried what we were told to do, they moved us to a new room within 10-15 min. the next room the ac worked, but no light in the bathroom. I called the front desk. 3 hrs later still no light so we put the LR lamp in the bathroom. The pool wasn't clean and a few other issues, but we just mostly wanted to relax in the room anyway. the check in person was friendly, but the lady at the desk when we checked out was very, very helpful and friendly. She said she was going to talk to the GM about doing something about our issues with our stay.. so we are grateful for that. Normally I don't do too many reviews, but I wanted to do this one. To show kindness works both ways .. People are people whether you are the employee or guest in any situation. Over all No one got mad or was rude to the other person. "

"We were in town for the Dixie horse auction and had our two puppies with us and the day was perfect. The room was incredible and huge more than what we needed for a great price will definitely be back next year for the horse auction again."
