"My stay at the property was wonderful during my time. But the process of the check in for a highly priced hotel is unacceptable as a wait for it should not be needed as staff should be professional. I was greeted rudely due to it as their was no signs and no instructions on available staff member handling it and it is such a shame for such a highly priced place"

"We booked 3 nights in Prague. The hotel is very well positioned in the Old Town. From there we explored all the central Prague areas (Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town) on foot, not needing to use public transport. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a decent sized bathroom, safe, and minibar and plenty of storage. The decor was wonderful and although we didn't use the ballroom, it needs to be seen and admired. "The hotel is permanently closed. Having been refused a refund from hotels.com rI looked elsewhere for these dates. No response from the hotel prior to leaving UK and customer service from hotels.com was very poor "

4 wonderful days in Prague

"We booked 3 nights in Prague. The hotel is very well positioned in the Old Town. From there we explored all the central Prague areas (Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town) on foot, not needing to use public transport. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a decent sized bathroom, safe, and minibar and plenty of storage. The decor was wonderful and although we didn't use the ballroom, it needs to be seen and admired. Breakfast was amazing and kept us going most of the day. We used the bar a couple of times which was peaceful and priced fairly. The hotel were very happy to store our luggage prior to check-in on arriving early and on our last day as we caught an evening flight home. No language barriers. Highly recommended. "
