We loved our stay at Charles Bridge Palace! You can not beat the location. One block to Charles Bridge, 5 minutes to Astronomical clock, many restaurants and bars very close. Or room was spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We miss it already!

The property was very nice. Stairs into the lobby needed handrails as usual old people need something to hold onto while climbing stairs. Room was nice and appeared clean. The shower looked clean and nice. But, when you went to use it, the rainfall showerhead just dropped from the edge. No amount of fiddling with it worked, so used the handheld shower head. That was ok, just inconvenient. The shower doors key opening up on my husband and then got water all over the floor. The beds were nice and very comfortable. The breakfast was good also. The adapter for the plugs kept falling out of the wall.

Fabulous location near Charles bridge, just a few minutes walk form the town square an next to a tram stop for easy longer journeys. Our room had a view of the river which was a bonus.

Its around the corner from Charles Bridge and their breakfast buffet is divine! I love the housekeepers and staff are so friendly and warm. Will definitely be back again and stay.

Location great Room with view was nice but a bit noisy at night and trams going by you can hear . But room nice size Good selection at breakfast but hot items were never very hot but plenty to choose from . Would stay possible again .

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, good location clean good sized rooms, staff friendly & helpful, bit noisy on the outside on a weekend but that is to be expected all in all can not fault this hotel 👍

A beautiful old building updated to fit our times. Location was amazing with great cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The best of Pragues tourist sites were within easy reach. Staff were very friendly and willing to help with all Enquiries. My room was on the River side and was clean and bright. On the downside was the lack of any English TV channels other than usual BBC, CNN etc. The shower was good, but the vertical rail holding the shower head, did told support it high enough to stand under, and the optional rain head shower was clogged and only squirted out of a few holes. First world problems.. The corridors were dark coming on as you walk, but unfortunately not often enough. breakfast was the best I’ve had touring around Europe over the past 5 weeks. Definitely coming back.
