It is an upstairs apartment, so know you’ll need to carry your stuff up a set of stairs. Sven graciously carried ours up as we are ladies of an advanced age. John and Sven are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this property! "

"This property fit our needs to a T. After hotel hopping on our road trip, this was perfect. It felt quite spacious, had a nice washer and dryer, and full kitchen. A bonus is the Wegman’s Grocer a half mile away. We did day trips during our stay and came home to a beautiful walk along the lake. "

"Bob’s done a great job of restoring this gem. Place was clean and comfortable (even though the beds/couch were not our favs). The location was perfect, lots to do within walking distance as well as very short drives. Big aLICe Brewing was a lot of fun and dinner at Anorah is recommended! "

"Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. Highly reccomend!"
