Outside space, living room with pool table and large TV together with great weather and view of the city provided for a lovely family celebration. The space matched the pictures but note no closets and minimum kitchen amenities. Space is on third floor with two sets of steep stairs and no ability to buzz in from third floor. "Easy access and had all things you need to make trip easy. Only thing I recommend is booking upper floors if possible to avoid noisy neighbors. Otherwise this was perfect spot for my stay."

"Dan had contacted me early in the week that I was supposed to travel asking if he could change my accommodations, as he had a guest wishing to stay over. He put me in a guest room on the first floor with a private half bath and access to an upstairs for bath and the main kitchen. Everything worked out well for my stay, and Daniel couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. The house sits on a large, quiet beautiful lot. I had a great stay."
