"Great house close to beach and St. Petes"

"We selected this property for the upcoming race weekend for February / March. It was a pleasant stay with all the necessary amenities provided. A bottle of wine and plenty of coffee grounds were provided which was great for our group! We didn't use the pool because the water was still a bit cold. The only bed that was not used was the upper bunk bed, so no comment on that. All the other beds / pull out couch beds were fine. Thank you again for the pleasant stay!- Tyler"

"The home was so delightful for our 3 week stay. Very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Loved the porch swing for coffee in the morning! Spiral staircase was easy to navigate to the 2 bedrooms with Jack & Jill bathroom. Every amenity we needed was provided, Martin is a great host. We walked everywhere!"

"Another great Spring Break week was spent with our families at Casa Dolphina! Fabienne & Gerold are the best hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better house for our 2 families to stay at again this week! There was plenty of space for all of us & it had all the amenities we needed. Our kids had the best week swimming, sitting in the hot tub, kayaking to the private island, fishing off the dock, and just hanging out & being kids. We will be back again next year! "

"We couldn't have been more happy with our stay! It was everything we needed and more. The home was clean and tidy, and the pool was perfect for our kids. We would stay here again!"

"The location was perfect. The front of the house and the side courtyard look out into the park and lake across the street. Inside the house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the living room/dining room was big enough for all of us to gather and play some of the games that were there. The basketball game and air hockey table were very fun as well. There were plenty of places to walk to, including Three Birds Tavern,...

"Everything about the stay was 5 start except the cleanliness of the hottub and pool The house was beautiful and the furniture/beds were comfortable and inviting. The only complaint we had was that the pool and hot tub were not cleaned and ready for us to use. The property manager responded quicky to our call about this but as we were only there for 3 nights, it really wasn't enough time for the pool nor hottub to clear up to use."

"The neighborhood is close to everything and we felt comfortable walking when needed. We had some difficulty finding the location with the address provided, but once we figured it out, it was fine. Other than that, no complaints. "

"Dan was an excellent host. Loved his old charming house which was easy access to beaches, restaurants and stores. Beds were super comfy and bath towels were luxurious (would love to know where he purchased these). Loved the front covered porch. Would definitely stay here again.Denise"

"We enjoyed our time at this cute little townhome just outside of St. Pete. It took a quick 7-8 mins to drive to downtown and maybe 30 mins to get to Fort Desoto dog beach, which is also good time btw. My husband and I, 2 kids, and midsize dog were all very comfortable. We felt safe, enjoyed the cozy back yard, and would be happy to come back to this spot for our next adventure in St. Pete. Downtown St. Pete is super dog friendly. I mean don't take your dog to the Dali Museum, obviously, but most...
