"My wife and I traveled to town for a wedding immediately after hurricane Milton (as the area was also recovering from hurricane Helene). This VRBO was totally unscathed. "We had a great stay using this condo as our home base as we explored St Pete's coffee shops, restaurants and shopping by the water. We really needed a stand alone bedroom so our toddler could go down early in a separate room, this was great for that & both AC units were up to the task in the FL heat. The unit was clean and had fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, tupperware, etc; anything you would need."

"This experience was a nightmare. Couldn't get inside the property at first, was not given the "executive" room I paid extra for, communication was rude and inefficient, and the room I was given was a mess - wallpaper peeling from the ceiling, uncleaned shower with soap and scum everywhere. When I arrived at the property, my code did not work. I sat on the front steps for 45 minutes trying to call the host, being sent to voicemail each time, only to get text responses saying I was doing it wrong....

"The condo was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Great location. For light sleepers and those who enjoy watching tv the traffic is steady and is sometimes very loud. We would stay here again. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, manatees, fish jumping, boats and some beautiful sunsets from the balcony."

"Perfect location to explore downtown St Pete. Neighborhood is safe. Very comfortable beds. We had an issue with the AC upon arrival. Excellent communication with owner and she made it right and had someone come out the next day on a holiday to fix it. Would highly recommend this property!"
