"Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath...

"Beautiful view of the water, nice walkable location to restaurants and beach. House is not rental ready though. Washer/dryer does not work properly, sofa very uncomfortable, vice grip on shower faucet used to turn on water. Toilets clogged and overflowed for over 24 hrs. After 2 unsuccessful plumbers, 3rd plumber finally fixed issue. Note there is a rental property in the attached garage. So if you need full privacy, this is not the spot for you. It could be a great rental if the owner invests...

"I took my grown daughters along with a few of their friends for a relaxing beach trip. We loved the quirky decor in the house, reflecting the owner’s affinity for Broadway musicals. There are plenty of books if you like to read, and games. We were greeted by Charlie upon arrival, and he is a charmer! We enjoyed getting to know him and his sweet friend Minette. He shared with us his memorial for his beloved wife, Rebecca. He has a bench for her on the beach, and sponsors a turtle nest in her...

"Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Modern and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with matching pretty tableware. The two bedrooms are both roomy and bright. No need to draw straws. Great vibe here with everyone coming together to recover from the storms. Sad to see the loss of some landmarks. Picky things: a couple more wine glasses would be good. One of the beach cruisers was nearly unridable. Otherwise a perfect 10."

"Spectacular location a short 5 minute walk to the lovely beach. Pass-a-Grille area here is quiet at this location. Gathering area of the living room, dining room, kitchen was so expansive and welcoming. We were able to spread out and cook dinners in the great kitchen with everything you could want. Outdoor area was an amazing space to chill out and watch the pelicans dive for fish and enjoy a cocktail. Master bedroom was amazing!! Hope to return soon."
