"We were at the Julia House March 4th thru the 11th. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Very close to the beach which we loved. All sorts of beach chairs, umbrellas ect. to use. "Nice house that is steps from the beach. Worked well for our family. Bunk beds that are listed are in a closet. There are lots of light switches in the house and only a few are labeled, so it takes time to figure out what switch goes with what light, fan, etc. No dishwasher soap and not much toilet paper provided.Overall, it was a good place and location was great!"

"We had a wonderful time. Hakim the property manager was great and very responsive to all our needs! The house was clean and had everything for a wonderful vacation! The view was amazing and we loved to watch the birds and dolphins. The fishing off the dock was great! The beach is really close! It was a perfect location! We had a fantastic time!"

"Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath...

"Beautiful view of the water, nice walkable location to restaurants and beach. House is not rental ready though. Washer/dryer does not work properly, sofa very uncomfortable, vice grip on shower faucet used to turn on water. Toilets clogged and overflowed for over 24 hrs. After 2 unsuccessful plumbers, 3rd plumber finally fixed issue. Note there is a rental property in the attached garage. So if you need full privacy, this is not the spot for you. It could be a great rental if the owner invests...

"We just spent a month there. All the other great reviews can be repeated over and over. Owner is very accommodating with questions or anything you need. Historic Pass A Grille Beach area is such a great place to be and this home is in the perfect location. Its the center of fun. Very comfortable living and the views and atmosphere of the area are amazing. Beach, restaurants, shops are within arms length. We visit and love the St Pete area and we found a gem of a place to be. Will be back to stay...

"In town for a college reunion and this location was beyond perfect! The house was exactly as pictured. Not only is the house beautifully decorated, but it also came with some lounge chairs and beach supplies. The mini fridge was even stocked with drinks. It was an extremely pleasant trip, and our stay was a highlight. Such a beautiful home!"

"Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Modern and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with matching pretty tableware. The two bedrooms are both roomy and bright. No need to draw straws. Great vibe here with everyone coming together to recover from the storms. Sad to see the loss of some landmarks. Picky things: a couple more wine glasses would be good. One of the beach cruisers was nearly unridable. Otherwise a perfect 10."
