The property was right by the besch, clean and has everything we could have asked for. Even multiple extra sheets and towels. Katie was a sweetheart and always ready to help and was quick to answer any questions."

"All in all this place was amazing. It is private. It was just a short walk to the beach. A wagon was provided which was a complete win for me with little ones!! There were sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The place is stocked with the essentials to start your vacation, that was awesome! It was super clean! Lisa was readily available and helpful, although we really didn’t need much. My only complaint is I missed the ocean view however, I knew I wasn’t gonna get that when I booked...

"The interior was exactly as advertised. Very well equipped house with all the necessities without being overcrowded. Loved having the washer/dryer in the house. Very well decorated with the beach theme but not kitschy. The outdoor space was nice to have but could have used a little attention. I think it has a new owner so I am sure that is to come. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Lisa's place. It's a block away from a gorgeous beach, in a lovely residential area without high-rises or big restaurant/retail chains. The place is perfect for a couple, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable king bed. Another great thing about the location: It's only a 15-minute drive to St. Petersburg, which has a lively waterfront and first-class museums and art galleries. Lisa was a great host and answered all our questions promptly."

"Wonderful and relaxing stay at this lovely cottage with my puppy. The property has everything I could possibly need for the comfortable, long stay. Walk-in Closet is a huge bonus. Plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen. Private fenced backyard, BBQ grill. 5 min walk to the best USA Beach! Lot's of restaurants, supermarkets within short walking distance.
