"A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. "

"Stayed before, this place is so lovely to stay at. Everything you need and a great way to relax."

"Lovely, cosy little cottage, perfectly located for seeing our friends in Sigingstone. Lovely walks and only short drives to many attractions. Only downside was the bed which was too soft for us and very creaky! That being said, we would definitely consider coming back and will recommend Moorshead to friends and family. Thank you "

"Lynn and her team were very welcoming and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Being able to charge our EV overnight was also a huge plus. The apartment is ideally suited for short breaks and is not sure whether it wants to be a hotel suite or a self catering venue. That being said we were able to cook a lot of different meals, but a few more cleaning materials and equipment would have been welcome. "We had a great family weekend away. The house is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Its run by the pub next door and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good location for shops if you run out of supplies. BBQ could do with a good clean as too dirty and rusty to use. Stairs very narrow and windy so not suitable for people with limited mobility."

"We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. Our grandson particularly appreciated the Brio Train Set and all the Lego....not to mention the Tarzan Swing along the lane. Our welcome pack was the best I have ever had. The situation is just beautiful and for us, just perfect for visiting our family in Barry. Only thing to flag up, as we arrived in the dark, we were looking for the Yellow Grit Bin, which isn't there now!!!! It didn't matter...

"Our hosts were welcoming and helpful from the first minute of greeting. There was a welcome pack and everything you need for a short break. The totally secure, dedicated garden meant our dog was free to wander safely which means we could relax. You do need a car to be able to shop etc, it is very tucked away! "This was a great place to stay for two nights when visiting Cardiff to watch the rugby with family. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be. Luxury apartments they are not - and the price was very high because it was an international match weekend. But I’d definitely recommend as a base to stay and hang out. "
