"Swarangi Mahadik is the Guest Relations Executive at the hotel and she checked us in at Reception. She was very attentive and caring and gave us a good overview of things to do in the area. "My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. "I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep.
