Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Every accommodation was made quickly and respectfully. When staff members know your name everywhere you go, that shows their dedication. W"

The staff is exceptional and when I told them about my severer seafood allergy they took excellent care to make me feel comfortable with the food.
