"Good"

"The Leela is a beautiful contemporary hotel near the airport… a ten minute drive from the International terminal. The bathrooms are small but nicely designed and finished. Everything in the room was in perfect condition and very clean…very comfortable. The breakfast buffet, casual dining and room service were all delicious and fast. The large, tropical-style pool is great for relaxation. On the downside, the hotel is isolated in a redeveloping area with nothing within walking distance. And be aware that the hotel food services are overpriced, while service was mixed…efficient in most cases, but sometimes impersonal with lapses. And security appeared to be very tight, and I always got the impression that I was being watched."

Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Every accommodation was made quickly and respectfully. When staff members know your name everywhere you go, that shows their dedication. W"
