"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel in London. It is very conveniently located downtown jack Astors right next-door the banquet new place right next-door to Jack Astor’s Molly Bloom’s five minute walk away. We walked to David’s bistro was about a 10-15 minute walk. The beds are very comfortable nice size room. Housekeeping came very late. The second day we were there and we were in the room so not their fault but we didn’t get any clean towels, but call down front desk and they were brought up immediately. Has a nice underground secured parking lot, which is very nice very convenient. Hotel does offer a continental breakfast which we did not utilize. We just went out for breakfast. But love the location how close it is to everything. "

"Parking is expensive if you choose the valet version (in and out privileges). The staff were nice enough to note a parking lot right next to them for overnight for a better price. Pool/pool area was cold. Good location, friendly staff, nice room, great views. I would stay there again. "

"The Stone Maiden is a lovely inn, walking distance to the restaurants and theatre. The owners have maintained the history of this amazing building. The Secret Garden Room is like a private apartment at the top of the building, we loved it. Super charming. "
