"STAY AWAY…EXTREMELY DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL . Pungent smoke smell in room even though it was a “non smoking room”, ceiling fan was about to fall out the ceiling and didn’t work so I couldn’t circulate air. Bed sheets and towels were stained and even the replacements requested were dirty. When I spoke to the front desk staff about this, they shrugged their shoulders and said “I don’t know”. No refund or discount given. I would have had a better experience sleeping in my freezing car."

The only thing that I'd say that I didn't love was the noisy furnace/vent/whatever. I had earplugs and the problem was solved, so it wasn't a big deal. If you're a light sleeper like I am, bring ear plugs in case. Otherwise, this place was a gem and we will definitely be back!"

Excellent location near restaurants and close to Avon Theatre. Limited help as there is no on site front desk person to for sure assist in an immediate sense, especially at night. My room did not have adequate working blinds to block out the light. However, I liked my room a lot. It was quiet and...
