"We interacted with multiple staff during our one night stay. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and personable! The room was quiet and clean. I loved the set up in the lobby, and my husband said the breakfast was very good. They had coffee, hot water with tea and hot cocoa available in the lobby, even late at night! The location was perfect. Walkable to a great coffee shop, cute shops, and lots of restaurants. A very close drive to the casino and historic St. Charles. Such a great stay! "

"This hotel had good reviews and it's a Best Western so our expectations were high before we arrived. The hotel and our stay certainly met those expectations. Check-in was easy and the front desk person pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean in all the important areas although there was a fair amount of dust on the back of the TV. We always find having a fridge and microwave a helpful addition. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, and heating & air easy to adjust. The breakfast buffet...

"Bathroom door was busted appeared that someone kicked it in and poor lighting in the room. The light switches at the door did not turn anything on "
