"We really love coming here, but this last time our room was kind of dirty. we come here a couple times a year, but it seems like this time we didn’t get the same kind of service. The people in the dining room were amazing and breakfast was delicious. I wish we had the opportunity to stay again with a room that is a tad bit cleaner. There was hair on my bed and pillows."

"We were not prepared for offsite parking. The cost for valet was very high. We opted to park our car two blocks away in a garage and that still cost $25 for the night. We were traveling through with our infant daughter. Though a nice hotel, I'd say it isn't exceptionally family friendly as it was difficult trying to navigate unloading, and my husband having to leave to park the car while I wrangled baby and trying to find food after a long day of traveling. "
