"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious! Front desk sold downtown trolley tickets so that was convenient. The trolley was great! Love this area. You can walk to beautiful beach, restaurants, and shopping. Thanks to all the staff!"

"My only complaint is that one morning while I was getting complimentary coffee there was an argument between staff, the cook and a helper. The attitude of the helper was rude and very disrespectful towards the chief. He wanted a simple question answered and she couldn't be bother. They should not have aired this in the lobby and the woman working behind the desk should have told them to move too. Not very professional at all!"
