Front desk staff does not feel welcoming at all. Room was ok. Bathroom had dust all over and we found a dog food pebble on the floor (we did not have a pet with us). Music that plays throughout the property was very loud from 6 am to midnight, and we could not sleep (we faced pool area, and sound was coming from there). Windows do not have any sound proofing. Valet parking is very incovenient as there is only one or two guys working, so if there is a multiple people coming/leaving you might end up waiting quite a bit to get to your car.

We liked the location because we could walk too downtown and catch the trolley at the winery next door. Out of the business but still walkable and the room was big for our family compared to smaller rooms in downtown.

We have stay at this hotel several times. Rooms are very nice and staff great! Was very disappointed in the conditions of the bathroom. Mold and mildew in shower and caulking around sink was pealing dirty.

We liked it was so close to the historic district so we could walk and have to take the car. Parking is an issue. What I di not like was having to pay $25 to valet park the car overnight
