"We stayed at the beachfront bed-and-breakfast in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida in March 2025. We found the staff to be very pleasant, and helpful. The room and the breakfast area were nice and clean. They were very roomy and pleasing to the eye. The establishment is owned by the hotel next-door. "The lady who checked us in was excellent. I like how the hotel is coming along with the updates being made. I did have to kill a roach in my room, had a couple if hairs in the shower. But other than that, the room seemed clean. I would have loved to have the restaurant to review but it's still under construction. Hopefully prices don't go up too much, that way I can return to try out the restaurant. I loved being able to walk over to the beach so easily. If the price is right, I will return. "

"The property is advertised offering digital check in. The app required for check in was not functional for the pre check in process. I had to place a call to complete this process before checking in. When checking in there was also an issue with getting a digital key on my phone. Not a contact free property as advertised.
