"It was an older motel, but very well kept. Free shuttle was convenient. Very quiet, seemed to cater to older folks like us. Value was excellent. Simple, but a comfortable bed and clean. Owners took pride in the place, hospitable. Would definitely stay again."

"Th room was super cute and clean and in a great area but what did it for me was the customer service !!! They did a courtesy call beforehand and every exchange with Karen in the office was super sweet !! She made it clear she would be there all night if we needed anything and even gave me a bandaid for a blister I had from new shoes !!! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back !! "

"My son, my service animal, and I arrived tonight back some. We were all extremely surprised on how well kept the property is kept inside and out. Staff is incredible you had to ask for something they would find it for you. No additute from anyone. What I did find out late was (back store the hotel is next to one off orange green troy tours). Whether you pre purchased a tour or by that day you can have a shuttle drop you at the start of tour and another drop you back to the hotel. Loved this place and would definitely come back"

"Always very clean and all staff is very efficient and friendly. Sherri (front desk) is such an assest to this establishment. She's been there for years and it shows that she loves her job. We love seeing her there to greet us when we come for our annusl visit. We plan to continue our stay at this Best Western on future trips."
