"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pirate Haus! It is a budget accommodation but the manager (Dawn) was extremely attentive and did everything possible to ensure our comfort during our stay. The location can't be beat! You can easily walk from the Pirate Haus to many of the best St Augustine museums, attractions, restaurants, and shops. Dawn made our family delicious homemade pancakes for breakfast and helped us navigate the downtown area during the very busy Nights of Lights event downtown....

"We will definitely be back again. The location is perfect if your looking to stay downtown and browse all the shopping and activities. The staff was amazing and extremely kind and personable. The only thing I will let you know is you do not park on site but in a garage so if your arrive during a raining day be prepared to walk in the rain. "

"Nice play in the heart of main historic area, quiet even thou its almost in the middle of all the places and restaurants you want to walk to. Our room was a bit small, but place is cute and you feel in the middle of history. Owner and staff super nice people."

"This was not our first stay here. We've previously visited in summer. We visited St Augustine this time to take in Christmas. The Inn was very lacking in Holiday decorations. The room we stayed in had no headboard and pillows kept falling behind the bed. Additionally there were no USB plugs. No hotel room today should be without. We'll probably stay again but not at Christmas."
