"The resort has a great beach and is smack in the heart if Agia Marina. It is about 35 mins to downtown Chania and close to many villages for excursions and dining. It has a big parking area, an on site restaurant that serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are rather small and best for couples only (at least the one we had). There are no drawers so we spent 10 days digging out of our suitcases which was not fun. The bathroom is also small but functional. AC has an annoying light...

"The reneiris hotel is on a hillside overlooking the beach. The view is spectacular and sitting in the balcony each evening was a great experience. BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW!! The position of the hotel by a small harbour was very pretty and it was very easy to go either into the town or explore the countryside. "This is a basic hotel, but clean and comfy. Amazing to get a place right on the most beautiful beach! You also save €5 on beach umbrella & chairs because you stay here. Tons of restaurants here and a 10-15min walk along the water to get to old toqn. We didnt have any problems. WIFI is slow in rooms but works amazing on the beach. Amazing place to stay for the money!"

"We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I only spent 1 night in Diana but I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s only 2mins away from the central bus stop and it’s walkable distance from city centre. The lady owner is really friendly and the place is spotless and bed was comfortable. I liked that I had kettle in my room and some complementary coffee. Great place if you want like me to explore Chania for a bit and later on move somewhere else into different part of the island. Highly recommend!"
