"The floor of our room was not vacuumed, nails from a previous occupant were obvious. The door plate was on our counter. The thermostat on the heater is broken. The toilet paper hanger is loose. The mirror in the bathroom had the last occupant's flossings. The refrigerator was grungy. The room needs more furniture, like maybe another chair and a table. The linens and towels are nice."
