"It was an overnight stay and we had room service fpr dinner which was fast and the food was delicious. The beds weren't comfortable to us but everyone has different likes for mattress firmness so can't guarantee every hotel is going to have a mattress that is comfy for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was lovely to hear the water outside our room. Very relaxing. "

"I've visited La Crosse several times, but this was my first time at The Charmant, and I was not disappointed. Beautifully put together, the hotel and is guest rooms are a delight. Check in was easy, and staff were friendly. My only complaint is that my breakfast server, though nice, was a tad inattentive. I had to wait 15 minutes for my check, and I was late for my first appointment of the day. The food in the restaurant was excellent, though. I will stay there again. "

"Booked a room last minute so I could stay the night and watch my daughter’s lax tournament. Motel was exactly as I expected it would be. The property is old but quiet, clean and well kept for its age. I just needed a place to stay for a night. Location is great and for the rate I paid I would stay here again."

Then spend 3 days n 2 nights at your establishment. Everything was clean very clean.i was impressed. But also relieved our accomodations were able to be fixed "
