It is one of the older hotels in Pittsburgh so the rooms do reflect this as they are a bit dated...the room was very clean and generally well maintained...but appear a bit aged. Service at check in and check out was excellent. We had been delayed due to missing a connecting flight so did not arrive until the morning after our stay was suppose to begin....they were very accommodating and had our rooms ready so we could get...
