"Nice hotel with friendly professionals. Fransico was there when I checked in. Very knowledgeable of area and very kind. I was in the area to visit family and i didnt know Ray Charles was from Albany. There is a beautiful park directly across the street with his statue. You can hear his music playing softly but clear. As I got closer i notice like a riverwalk and walking trail. Very clean and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay. "

"This is a very charming hotel. It could probably benefit from some upgrades but it is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future. "
