"Staff in ALL areas of this property were super friendly. I wish i had know ahead of time the difference in the "classic" rooms versus the other options. The classic rooms are in a very old building with creaky floors and noisy ac/heat. The walls are super thin and you can hear neighbors talking like they are in the same room with you. It would have been worth it to pay the big jump up in rates to get in a better building. "

"Because the room we booked wad being repaired, we ended up upgrading to the biggest room they had (a suite). It was very nice and spacious. The furniture was a little dated, but still good. I enjoyed the suite, the river view (although the river walk was under construction), and the diner at the hotel with a nice view as well. My big disappointment was the breakfast. We paid for it when we booked the room. We found out at the hotel that we will get a voucher for the amount paid to be used in...
