"didn't effect my stay just thought I would mention can't adjust shower head short people need to change the position. Bathroom floor felt slimy and the toilet started leaking at base. There was no one at front when I checked I was going to mention it then. Need weatherstrip around door can see outside. "

I was up for 27 hours straight and had to drive back because nothing else was available. They said the hotel was overbooked and we should have been notified as they knew this days in advance. "Do not like that when your parked in the rear of the building that the side walk ends and you have to walk through a grassy/muddy area when we arrived it was raining and the next morning it was still muddy!"

"In Southern Pines one night for a funeral. Hotel choices were in the $75 range and skipped all the way up to $200. This property is a small family run facility. It's very clean, in a quiet location, close to many food options. Had a good shower and all the cable channels. A great property for the price conscious guest!"
