"My stay allowed me to visit friends, complete personal business, and enjoy the beautiful area. I found the hotel homelike, set in a woodsy spot with easy access to drive in and out to any destination. All the staff were great. The building is older which I liked; it was well maintained. The room furniture setup was not functionally optimal for me but might be for someone else. I don't think the alarm clocked worked, but everything else probably did. Also, my room keys stopped working every two...

"The room was cold so I didn't sleep well the first night. After everything warmed up the second night I rested well. Disappointed tub drain wouldn't hold water - no baths. Shower & linens were more than adequate. Breakfast was just ok. Food was not hot enough for my tastes. All staff were very friendly. Would visit again."

"It is clean and comfortable. Very basic breakfast. The waffles are the best choice. The decor is a bit dated but ok The best part was walking across the street to hickory tavern ate there both nights and a caribou coffee too. When you cross the bridge there is a board missing so you have to be careful. Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms clean. Had no problems. I would book again. "

"When you first get there even if it is way off in the back of the property complex. Which makes it very quiet at night. It is an extremely nice place to stay, i had to stay an extra night."
