"The front desk coverage really need some work The lady when I checked on was on the phone for a long time and she should have had some backup, then in the morning there was nobody at the desk for 20 min until we called and the phone ring several times and then the lady in the office who was in a personal call came out to help the three customers in line"

"Not really any criticism. Staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Hotel undergoing a full renovation so there had to be some work arounds but nothing to take away from the staff"
