"Things went bad at check in when I was charged $162 even though I had a confirmed charge through booking with hotels.com of $146. The desk staff saw the email.. did nothing. They forward it to manager.. who did nothing. Very disappointing that giving a credit of $18 seemed not possible . Although a nice hotel ..I will not stay there again. "

"The booking didnt say anything about a deposit for room rental. It wasnt a big deal but some people may not have that set aside prior to arrival. But the lady at check in and check out were both great."

"Clean room, clean bathroom, clean carpets and bed. Quiet. AC/Heater worked great and was quiet. What more is wanted? Okay, the front door needs some weather stripping as cold air was coming through the sides and under the door. But no big deal since the heater worked so well."
