"The staff were really good. Had a few issues with room ie no hot water thou was sorted out. Leakage from sink again sorted. Leak from ceiling again sorted quickly. It is very noisy until around 6am. If you are a night owl you'll be ok. Can't praise the staff enouth. All very pleasant and charming. If it wasn't so noisy I would stay again. Stayed 20 nights. "

"Its the second time I’m coming to Pek House during my stay in Phuket. Nuna the host is amazing super helpful with everything and kind. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. Everytime I’m going to Phuket I’m coming here. "

"I have stayed in a private room for 2 nights and one and only the myanmar hostel staff is very nice, friendly and professional. upon arrival, they cant find my booking, even though there were comminication barrier, she manage to help me to contact the hostel Manager to settle my check in. "Came here for the vegetarian festival and could not have picked a better hotel. On my first day I had a balcony view of the processions. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. They brought water and coffee daily. The room had a mural of old town Phuket that was charming. Located in walking distance of all the sites in old town.Even though I ended up sick most of the trip, I felt relaxed and comfortable here"

"I only stayed one night. The room had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate with the hotel. I sent a message through the app about an issue and never got a response. You have to go through a coffee shop to get to the hotel and it was unclear if the staff worked for the hotel or the coffee shop. Also, my room overlooked a bar and the music was very loud until about 1:00 a.m. I had to use a white noise app and ear plugs to sleep. "
