"Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. The food options are beyond amazing and the quality of the ingredients they used blew me away. I ordered so much room service and it did not cost hardly anything. "The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great, but it is difficult to maintain certain aspects of property in a tropical climate. This had no impact on our stay - thoroughly enjoyable. The breakfast was unexpectedly tasty!"

"The stay at the villa was wonderful and great for the family. The pool was great and room space & overall place was very big! Staff is friendly and very responsive. Their service attitude is excellent. The visits by bat/bird/ants, etc “guests” causing unnecessary deposits in the mornings was not welcoming though."

"Nice Property. I will stay again. Only issues the washer/dryer did not work. They replaced it with another used one but that one also he dryer did not work. I thought all rooms had had shower/tub combo but not so. Only some rooms had them. I like to use tub every 3rd day to really cleans myself."

"The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."
