"The property is in a good location neighborhood with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It’s not close by the busy traffic area. The resort is well maintained and manicure all surround it. The staffs were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Only minus side were a bunch of mosquitos and the resort restaurant had limited food options on the menu. "

"The property is quiet and very peaceful for those looking for a little solitude. Staff are attentive and gracious. Amy/all questions or requests for assistance were met quickly and with a smile. The pool waterfall is on a pre-programmed timer and I do wish that was a feature you could turn-off and on as a guest. The hours mine came on didn’t really coincide with when I was in-villa. "The staff were absolutely excellent. The only disappointment was no bar in the hotel. My fault fornot reading the details properly but I have never known a hotel at this level to not have a bar or allow drinking alcohol by the pool or in reception. They decorated the room for my girlfriends birthday without me even telling them and the porters were very helpful as well"
