The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. We were only there for a short weekend, but we’ll definitely book a longer stay next time. The location is ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and a wonderful walking path in both directions if you prefer...

The pull out couch also had a big tear but did not change our opinion of the condo. The golf cart was a nice perk as were the bikes and many water toys. On further reflection we came to accept that the listing simply did an exceptional job with the photographs. The cabinets are a little old but the updates to countertops, appliances and bathrooms are very nice. The pool was a little smaller in person than we perceived in the photos. "Comfortable 1st floor condo. Seating for six at the indoor dining table. We also enjoyed coffee and playing cards at the outdoor table. Plenty of room in the master or 2nd bedroom for a large dog crate. Pickle ball courts and pool steps away. It was a little noisy outdoors when letting the dog out in the evenings or late morning, but we couldn’t hear the pickle ball games inside the unit. Very dog friendly complex. Easy to walk the dog. Pay attention to where the dog waste stations are located....

"This Villa is exactly as shown on the site! Completely renovated and felt like home! The property was so nice and spotless. We rented a golf cart from Destin Golf Carts and that was the best way to go! So fun getting around the community and head to restaurants, pool, pickle ball and more! The owners were so awesome to us! Right on top of any questions we had. Will absolutely stay there again! Thank you so much for the everything! "
