"Family of 6 (parents and kids ranging from 16-22). Space was perfect for our group. The boys had an upstairs space all to themselves. Beach was beautiful and clean. No issues at all. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need."

"We ended up getting to check in early which was amazing since we drove over 10 hours through the night. The place was super cute, clean, and a close walk to the beach. There were 4 of us, the layout of the house was perfect & we loved sitting outside on the screened in patio. We would 100% stay here again. Side Note: bring extra toilet paper & seasonings if you plan on cooking. Also, there is a tram (golf cart) that is available to drive you down to the beach access (certain days/times)."

We had to borrow things from my sister’s condo just to make a casserole. The seating area on the porch was ok, but not a ton of seating. "The cottage was perfect for our stay and the golf cart was a huge bonus! Hardly left the resort, everything you needed (food, drinks, entertainment, beach, pools, activities, etc.) were all on the resort and accessible by a fun golf cart ride. "The house was perfect for our family of 9. Beds were comfy, location was perfect, house was cozy. The only thing I would suggest is be ready to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, trash bags, shampoo and soap. However, we would definitely return again! "

"We were 2 families for a total 7 people with 3 kids ranging from 9-15. The cottage was perfect for all of us! The 2 youngest loved having their own twin bed vs. bunk beds. The location to the beach was perfect and a very manageable walk for all of us. It would be hard to drag a wagon so our backpack cooler came in handy. We loved the chair service as well! "This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Sandestin. Close to the beach and dining, spacious rooms, and safety/quiet makes it the perfect place to relax! Even with construction going on, we had the perfect trip! "

"i stayed at this property in August for my daughter's birthday i love the hotel,the area, the quiteness great shopping area great restaurant area and not to far from the beach that i went back again in November for my birthday the staff is excellent the property is excellent the gym washer etc just a great place to bisitand a great hotel to stay at amd im fonna visit them again"

"Excellent. This my second time staying @ this property. It was my 7 yr old n I birthday weekend. Nov 17 & 18. It was amazing. My girlfriends loved the breakfast and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Great location also. Dinning options was great."

"The room looked recently updated & was spacious with a modern decor. We stayed in the king suite & had a nice kitchen area, walk in shower, large desk/ work area, sofa sleeper & comfy bed. The floor was newer, but it was dirty, so had to wear socks or shoes. Continental breakfast was basic with cereal, muffins, fruit, etc. Cose to shopping, dining & the beach which was perfect. There was some inside construction going on at the time we stayed, updating rooms, but we were not close to it so no noise. Front desk very nice. Would definitely stay here again! "
