"The location is perfect. 5 Mins walk to Grand boulevard. Not far from accessing the beaches. The sitting area was so pretty and cozy.All the team members are very nice, polite and friendly. "

"Very clean rooms. I like the security of the entrance to the elevators being at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent and ready right on time. Ice machine, snack and drink vending machines located on each floor."

"Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin Grand Boulevard it is one of the most spectacular property in this upscale shopping center with excellent service and very nice and very clean & large rooms serving excellent coffee and very good breakfast and have a large and very elegant & a beautiful lobby. It is by far one of the best property in Miramar Beach, Sandestin Florida. I will definitely recommend it to everybody and we will be back for sure. "I can't say enough about how great this property is. We came for Spring Break so we were here for a week. The room was very nice, clean, great amenities, and friendly cleaning staff. Also let me say how great the front desk staff was so friendly and very helpful. My husband can't stop raving about how amazing the breakfast was every morning. The breakfast staff was a very hard working group and always making sure everyone had what they needed. The property was kept up daily and very clean. "

"Gorgeous landscaping amid twisting, spanish moss dripping live osks, the Effie was outstandibgly welcoming. The staff was remarkably friendly and aimed to please in every situation from arrival each time we left the sight to our final departure, we felt like family. The Baytown Wharf had much to offer from live music to a plethora of restaurant chouces and shopping just a short walk from Effie Hotel. "My stay was amazing I have 4 kids and we were all comfortable. The room was spacious and had alot of nice amenities. Our cable did go out on the tv but due to Andre and the staff they were amazing and had accommodated us and kept us updated until they solved the problem. The pool was amazing for the kids they had it all to their selfs. Breakfast was out of this world plenty of options to choose from. Rate this hotel 9/10 definitely recommend to stay. "

"Place needs an upgrade. I paid for two queen beds and got two doubles. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Good location for food and the beach. Plenty of parking but handicap parking was too far away from entrance. "

"We enjoyed 2 nights in the Old Florida Room in April. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was delightfully unique and the breakfast at the on-site cafe was delicious. It was an easy walk to the beach and several places to eat. Bike rentals were close by and were a great way to explore the beach towns along the 30A. If ever back in the area, we would stay here again!"

"The property is kept very beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with just the right amount of items. The furniture in our living room (505) was very uncomfortable. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The dining room and extra sitting room and the 2 bathrooms were all very comfortable to have. I would have preferred a balcony and wish I would have known before arrival that one was not part of our room. "
