Find Hotel with a Concierge in South Tulsa, OK

"The property overall was clean & the staff was friendly. Check-in was a little bumpy. I booked through Expedia b/c it was $20 less per night than through the app. Little did I know you don’t get your room choice when using 3rd parties. Austin at the front desk (only been working 3 days) was awesome. Handled everything like a professional. The bathrooms in the rooms are tiny. 2 people can not share the sink/vanity. The toilet is too close to the vanity. A little more room in bathroom...

"Heating and cooling system was not working. Room was freezing when we arrived and thermostat would not adjust the temperature. When we informed the front desk maintenance came right away and had to open the panel to adjust the temperature (had to ask maintenance to also tighten loose toilet seat). After we fell asleep, the temperature then was too hot (up to 86 degrees) and thermostat would not adjust. Had to shut off the unit and did not get a good nights sleep....."

"Very clean room and a very welcoming staff at the front desk. I was surprised that this hotel has a full kitchen, which meant at breakfast time that the staff took away our dirty plates great service and we will be back again. Next time we are in the area!"

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"
