The hotel was great, nice rooms, clean, nice staff. The casino restaurants were undesirable. First the Thunder grill waitress did not know anything about wines or drinks. The bartender did not know what Ranchwater was. Update your staff. Also, the smoking in the lounge is too much. I know it's in a casino but some smokers are just rude.- seem to purposely blow smoke right at people.

The Staff was very rude. We didn’t get to the hotel early as we had a long drive. We were told we’d have pillows sent up so we stayed up waiting for an hour no pillows. We finally went to sleep and the next morning we asked for pillows again and the lady on at the front desk was very rude and when pillows were brought up to the room an hour later the lady that brought up the pillows she didn’t say anything she just laughed at me and walked away. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and smoke. The outside there was lots of trash and a bunch of random people walking around the hotel parking lot. The cars didn’t feel very safe. Terrible service
