"The hotel was really nice. It was located near shopping and restaurants within walking distance also. The pool and spa was open even though there was snow on the ground which is awesome. They breakfast was actually good at this hotel. My only complaint was there was alot of kids on our floor running up and down the halls in the early morning hours but that wasn't the hotels fault. "

"Beautiful lobby area, nice dining. A microwave and kcup coffeemaker would be nice. My only complaint is that my bedding smelled a little musty."

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"We arrived a bit early but there was no problem checking in at all. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. When I was asked the purpose of our visit, the clerk was helpful in giving directions to the event center. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable."

"Check in was ok. Room was great, shower good, comfortable bed. Breakfast was SUB PAR. Out of egss, potatoes cold. Staff just walking around on her phone. Really need to review their breakfast options. Holiday inn express typically much better breakfast"
