My only real complaint is I’m unsure how well they clean. I found a roll duct tape under our bed - scary but, I really just think they should sweep under the bed and couch.
The property was nice, and room was comfortable. The bathroom sink area was tiny. Cleaning staff were super kind. Front desk and valet were unfriendly in our reception and departure. They acted troubled to help us. Food was just okay. Nothing great. For price, it was acceptable.
The room was fine, clean and comfortable, the breakfast however was horrible, everything was out at 8:30 am including the coffee and I could not find a glass for orange juice nor could find anyone around to ask for a glass
The hotel was just okay, we stayed for 5 days and we never had a maid service, we had to continue to ask for towels since our room was never serviced, the walls are paper thin we could hear Everything anyone in the surrounding rooms was doing. Over all it was clean but it wasn’t a 10/10. Closer to a 7/10
The bar tender was a great guy! Very much a people person.

The hotel is spotless and in a very convenient location for attending concerts at the BOK Center. My only complaint is jacking up the price to triple because of a concert.
Convenient location if you’re attending an event at the BOK Center. Hotel is nice and clean. Parking is less than stellar, but it’s also downtown. The most unfortunate part is our room didn’t have working heat. In December that’s a problem. To be fair, we didn’t request an alternative room, we just dealt with the cold for the few hours we stayed. But you’d think that would be something they’d check when making sure a room is ready to book.

Hotel has no parking, you need to walk two blocks away from the hotel to park your truck. They do have valet parking but it’s only form 7:00am to 12:00am
