"The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. "Property was amazing. Rooms were huge and the decor was beautiful. Rooms were really clean and had so many great amenities within the room. The kids loved the piano, the billiard table and the adults loved the massage chair and sauna. Will definitely be back."

"I like the mini-kitchen and the bed was clean and comfortable. I did not like the shower or lack of daily cleaning service. The shower would not get hot."

"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The area is a little bit away from a main road but I didn’t mind. Instead, I appreciated how quiet things were. I never used them, but having vending machines on the property were very convenient. The staff were very nice and hospitable but there were some issues I encountered. "Very good and new hotel with all the necessities that you might require. The only negative part is the bad sound isolation from the hallway, it feels like the doors are made of paper. You also have to call/email before you check in to get your room number as it's not given to you when you arrive."

"Front staff was excellent. We stayed in the same room two different stints. On the second check in, the room smelled terrible from previous guest and took a few hours to air out. This hotel is a good distance from everything in Bangkok. It is a 15 minute walk to the blue line though, so that can get you to almost every where you need to go. Warning though, some cabs will continuously cancel on you during the rush hour because getting to the hotel in traffic is not worth the money to them."

"Great apartment 3 mins walk from ICONSIAM, lots of space and great with little kids. Communication from the team was fantastic and they were on hand to welcome us and show us around the apartment. It was fully equipped with nice toiletries and an awesome coffee machine. Interesting neighborhood with good eating choices and a craft beer bar on the doorstep. "Accueil très sympathique et facilité via whatsapp. Hôte très gentille. Appartement simple et fonctionnel, matelas un petit peu dur mais cam'a permis de soulager mon dos en dix jours. Piscines très agréables, voisinage calme. Il y a un 7elevent et un grand supermarché au RDC ce qui permet de se fournir très rapidement. Je recommande ! "
