"Relatively new and well maintained service apartment. It covers the basics such as washer in each room/ unit, small fitness center with limited equipment, basic kitchen utensils. Decent space for 2 pax. Good water pressure. They seemed to only accept cash payments which was a bummer. "

"The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. "We stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks. Owners were very good communicators and helpful overall. Condo was clean, but very basic. Limited bath towels and no towels for hands, faces or kitchen use provided. I had to wash towels daily. No extra sheets or blankets either. Would have appreciated more kitchen utensils and pans/ dishes as I cooked most days. We had some issues with roaches, and owners did respond quickly to try to rectify the issue. "Great location,great friendly staff and food. Downfall was the bed was way to hard for me no wifi/ netflix for a week till we got moved.we weren't told there was no water in the pool when we booked for 19 day's and no gym card after we spook to them numerous times. "

"Great location that not too far from anything although the property is in the alley where it quite a few mins walk and do not recommend. The hotel offer FREE Tuk Tuk service which is extreamly convenient. All the staffs are polite and kind. I highly recommend this property. "

"Very good and new hotel with all the necessities that you might require. The only negative part is the bad sound isolation from the hallway, it feels like the doors are made of paper. You also have to call/email before you check in to get your room number as it's not given to you when you arrive."

"Would definitely recommend, especially to anyone that loves Iconsiam which is a must see for Bangkok. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was so spacious and absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to find the entrance and be prepared for lots of stairs if you’re on top floor like we were. Only other thing is the outdoor tub is quite cold, hot water heater definitely cannot handle anything that size. Otherwise everything was fantastic here!!"

"This property was absolutely beautiful. Staff was veru kind and accommodating. The buffet is extravagant and really yummy. Our room was very clean and elegant with tue most incredible views; sunrise and sunsets every day from our living area. Washer and dryer right in the room too. The hotel is in the middle of the city so walkable to bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. We loved our stay here and highly recommend. "
